  14. Look at the file winhelp.ini.

  16. It lists in it references to a number of .hlp files.

  18. Do you have all those files on your disk?  If not, try backing up the
  19. ini file and then removing references to non-existant files.  Let me
  20. know how this works.   I believe that the file is in your windows or
  21. system directory.
